Support

Something not working, or just a question? We read every message.

Email support@home-bartender.app — we reply within two business days. Telling us your device, iOS version and what you were doing gets you a real answer on the first reply.

I paid, but Premium isn't unlocked

Open More → Restore purchases. That asks the App Store for your purchase history and re-applies it — you will not be charged again. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with the Apple ID email you purchased with and we'll sort it out.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: on your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, pick Home Bartender, and tap Cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the period you've already paid for ends. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

What's free, and what's Premium?

Everything is unlocked for your first 30 days. After that the free plan keeps your whole bar, the "what can I make" matching, all 102 IBA classics, and up to three custom recipes. Premium adds the remaining recipes, cocktail families and variations, the full filter panel with saved presets, unlimited custom recipes, and the "one ingredient away" insights.

Do I need an account?

No. The app works fully offline with no sign-up. Signing in with Apple or Google is only for syncing your bar, favourites and shopping list across devices — and for carrying a purchase to a second device.

I'm switching phones

  1. Sign in with Apple or Google on the old phone, so your bar syncs up.
  2. Install the app on the new phone and sign in with the same account.
  3. Tap More → Restore purchases to bring Premium across.

Without an account your bar lives only on the device that created it, so sign in before you wipe the old phone.

Delete my account and data

Email support@home-bartender.app from the address on your account and we'll delete it, and everything synced with it, within 30 days. Deleting the app removes the on-device data immediately.

A recipe looks wrong

Tell us which one and what's off — measurements, method, glass or garnish. Recipe corrections ship with the next catalog update, and we credit nobody but ourselves for the mistakes.
